At Daily Vegan Life, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID and issue details

  2. Share images (if applicable) for verification

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of orders before the order is shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.
